Designed to be a part of a bustling neighbourhood, the residence is planned to be a multi-generational family home, redefining the way of modern living. The planning is done to accommodate living spaces for occupants and floors to rent out, all while including spaces for recreational areas. Exploring various options like the courtyard house or stilt planning, the structure stands as the epitome of sustainable and modern design.

The design harnesses the full potential of existing trees on the west, providing protection from direct solar radiation. Further, green cover is maximised in the setback areas and within the courtyard. To reduce energy loads through passive cooling and ventilation, solar panels are orientated towards the south to generate off-grid electricity. With terrace gardens and pollinator parks, the design explores the idea of bringing one closer to nature.
