Located in the streets of Kanchipuram, the residence is the epitome of Chettinad-style architecture, showcasing the essence of culture and heritage through design. The conceptual design flows through common courtyards, living areas, private courtyards, a kitchen and backyards, creating cohesive and communal living rooted in the idea of cultural showcase. Nature is included in the design with pollinator parks, courtyards, vertical farming, vegetable gardens and nurseries. Additionally, water bodies are included in the design to preserve the natural habitat.

Sustainable concepts like courtyard effects and rainwater harvesting principles are thoughtfully included in the design. Further bamboo louvers, are integrated to filter out the east sun. Hollow bamboos are cut horizontally and arranged vertically to create the louvers. West wind is channelled by the trees planted along the road edge. This also provides privacy from the road.
