The project aims to design a pet recreation area at The Vilas in Gurgaon Phase 2, India, with a total area of 37.5 x 9.99 m. The design emphasises the fusion of aesthetics and functionality, with thoughtful landscaping and durable materials that cater to the needs of dogs and their owners. With a vision of a play area for pets, a relieving area, an agility area, an off-leash area, resting zones for dogs, and seating spaces, the design allows one to bring in the idea of inclusivity through design. The design promotes the idea of sensory stimulation with wet, dry, softscaped and hardscape areas. Play areas are planned to test the agility of dogs with obstacle courses and tunnels & hurdles. Further, off-leash areas and relieving areas are included in the design, offering a respite from responsibilities.
